コンセプトは「ワクワクを加速させる」。
底をパイで包みナッツ入りクッキーをまとわせた「ザク」と、軽やかな「パフ」。クリームは、卵のコク豊かなカスタードか、北海道・根釧の生クリームと十勝産クリームチーズを使った濃厚チーズ。
注文後に絞るフレッシュな口どけ。ザクザクとまったりが重なる瞬間に、思わず頬がゆるみます。
東急沿線の手土産に、少し加速する甘い時間を。
