こんにちは、cafe The SUN LIVES HEREです。
このたび、飲食店ドットコムさんに『cafe The SUN LIVES HERE』をご紹介いただきました。
2012年に“三軒茶屋の小さな週末カフェ”としてスタートした私たちですが、たくさんのお客様に支えていただき、看板商品の三層チーズケーキ「CHILK（チルク）」は年間20万個をお届けできるまでになりました。
記事では、CHILK誕生の背景や、「三軒茶屋らしい手土産を作りたい」という想い、そして店舗づくりへのこだわりについて詳しく取り上げていただいています。
